Discord (best method)

Discord is the best and fastest way for a quick response from a community member or a staff member. Due to time zones, you may not get a response the quickest.

Alternative Options

If you do not have a discord account or do not want to make an account, we offer alternative ways for users to contact us.

Emailing us is another way in which you can contact us. Our email is [e-mail].

Email responses could take up to 12 hours to receive a response.

You can contact an online staff member on that specific server (ex. smp) by using the /helpop [message] command, and a staff member will respond to your request as soon as possible.
