Discord (best method)
Discord is the best and fastest way for a quick response from a community member or a staff member. Due to time zones, you may not get a response the quickest.
You must be 13 or older to use discord, in which could be different depending on where you are from.

Alternative Options
If you do not have a discord account or do not want to make an account, we offer alternative ways for users to contact us.
→ Email
Emailing us is another way in which you can contact us. Our email is [email protected].
Email responses could take up to 12 hours to receive a response.
→ /helpop
You can contact an online staff member on that specific server (ex. smp) by using the /helpop [message] command, and a staff member will respond to your request as soon as possible.
