We did not want to make this decision, but it's probably for the best of us.
We understand privacy too but please read this first.
In order to prevent most cheaters and players who constantly break rules and who obviously do not care about the server and just troll, we are going to start installing a VPN detector on the server.
We want to keep this server safe from trolls, hackers and players who do not care about the server.
Ever since the first release of the server, we have always made sure your IP address is not seen by staff except users who have access to the server's console (which is only 3 managers).
Your IP address is kept safe, we are not going to do anything with your IP. Many websites you visit and create accounts on have your IP address, and this is the same as connecting to a server.
We also in fact do not check a player's IP address either as it is always ignored and we will never share your IP address with anyone.
If your IP address is blocked even when not using a VPN, please and we will get this sorted out as soon as possible.
